3. Service Fulfilment & Accountability

• ET acts solely as a promotional & listing platform.
• All transactions, bookings, service delivery, and post-service issues are the responsibility of the respective business.

5.Listing Packages & Payments

• Featured listing
• Social media promotion
• Website or digital support

Payment terms will be shared during package selection. No refunds once services are rendered.

6.Privacy & Data Protection

• Business contact and data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• ET may use business data internally for insights and service improvement.

7. Modification Policy

• Businesses can request minor listing edits (up to 2/month) for free.
• Excessive or complex changes may attract an editing fee (shared upfront).

8. Reviews & Complaints

• Customers may leave reviews/ratings. ET holds the right to moderate them based on language and relevance.
• If serious customer complaints arise, ET may temporarily hide the listing and initiate verification.

9. Deactivation / Termination

• ET reserves the right to delist or suspend businesses for:
• Misuse of the platform
• Unethical practices
• Repeated customer complaints
• Non-compliance with guidelines

10. Changes to Terms

• ET may update terms from time to time. Businesses will be notified via registered contact details.
